TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

§ 1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website available at https://beagleberry.com (the "Website").

The owner and administrator of the Website is BEAGLEBERRY Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (a Polish simple joint-stock company) with its registered office in Wołomin, ul. Przejazd 3/U4, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001186076, NIP (tax ID): 1251791755, REGON: 542403445 (the "Service Provider").

The Service Provider can be contacted by e-mail at biuro@beagleberry.com or in writing at its registered office address.

Before using the Website, the User must read these Terms and Conditions.

§ 2. Types and scope of electronic services

The Service Provider provides the following services through the Website:

• Informational content: A service displaying information about the Company's business, offer and news (available to every internet user).
• Contact form: A service for sending a message to the Service Provider directly from the website.
• Chatbot (Virtual Assistant): A service enabling a real-time text conversation with automated software, intended to provide immediate answers to questions about the Company's business and the use of the Website.
• Shareholders Zone: A restricted service providing dedicated corporate and reporting materials to persons holding shareholder status in the Company.
• Partner Zone: A restricted service providing commercial and cooperation materials to the Company's business partners.

§ 3. Conditions of service and technical requirements

Use of the Website is free of charge.

To use the Website properly, the following technical requirements must be met:

• a device with internet access (computer, tablet, smartphone),
• an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with cookies and JavaScript enabled,
• an active e-mail address (when using the contact form or the restricted Zones).
• The Chatbot service is based on automated software. Answers generated by the Chatbot are for information and assistance only. They do not constitute a binding commercial offer or legal advice. For complex matters or matters requiring binding arrangements, the User should contact the Service Provider via the Contact form or by e-mail.

The User must not provide unlawful content, including content that infringes the rights of third parties, is offensive, or may disrupt the Service Provider's IT systems (e.g. viruses).

§ 4. Access to the Shareholders Zone and the Partner Zone

• It is not possible to create an account (register) on the Website on one's own.
• Access to the Shareholders Zone is granted by the Service Provider automatically upon subscription for shares, or at the shareholder's request after verification of their identity and entitlement. The login is usually the shareholder's e-mail address.
• Access to the Partner Zone is granted by the Service Provider on the basis of a cooperation agreement or business arrangements.
• Login credentials (password) are confidential. The User must keep them secret and must not share them with third parties.
• If a User loses shareholder status or the partnership ends, the Service Provider may block access to the relevant Zone without prior notice.

§ 5. Complaints procedure

• If the Website does not work properly, the User has the right to file a complaint.
• Complaints should be submitted electronically to: reklamacje@beagleberry.com
• A complaint should include: the User's details, a description of the problem and the date it occurred.
• The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the User of the outcome at the e-mail address from which the complaint was sent.

§ 6. Personal data protection

The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the "Privacy and Cookies Policy" available on the Website at https://beagleberry.com/en/privacy-policy.

§ 7. Copyright

All content published on the Website, including texts, graphics and logos, and in particular materials available in the Shareholders Zone and the Partner Zone, is protected by copyright and is the property of the Service Provider or its partners.

Copying, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes without the Service Provider's written consent is prohibited.

§ 8. Final provisions

• The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce technical breaks in the operation of the Website where necessary for maintenance or updates.
• The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Users with access to the restricted Zones will be notified of changes by e-mail or upon their first login after the change.
• Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions are subject to Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
• These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 5 December 2025.
